Solar Village®

Within the traditional modular construction industry, there are very few that have turnkey "green" homes, right off the shelf. One company, within our 500 Mile radius requirement (LEED score) has developed a green line of homes called Solar Village. That company is All American Homes, specifically, their factory in VA called Mod-U-Kraf. Finish Werks has an exclusive builder/dealer arrangement for Solar Village homes. View them below:

Buildings matter—they serve as life support systems, communications and data terminals, centers of education, justice, and community, places of refuge, entertainment and much more. They are our homes, our schools, and sometimes, our life. They can be simple or complex, modest in price or incredibly expensive to build, and must be adjusted to function effectively over their life cycle. The economics of building has become as complex as their design.

Mod-U-Kraf Homes, LLC has been building superior quality single-family, multi-family and commercial products ever since 1971. Homes up to 3,500 square feet and larger are offered through our vast network of over 125 independent builders [including Finish Werks in MD] within our 9 state marketing area featuring our extraordinary collection of Mod-U-Kraf® homes. We are proud to debut a new line of remarkable low to zero energy homes which are also being offered through these builder networks under the Solar Village® brand.
